## Summary Removes ~850 diagnostics related to assignability of callable types, where the callable-being-assigned-to has a "Todo signature", which should probably accept any left hand side callable/signature.
Markdown files within the mdtest/ subdirectory are tests of type inference and type checking;
executed by the tests/mdtest.rs integration test.
