## Summary
Add type narrowing for `isinstance(object, classinfo)` [1] checks:
```py
x = 1 if flag else "a"
if isinstance(x, int):
reveal_type(x) # revealed: Literal[1]
```

executed by the tests/mdtest.rs integration test.
