This adds support for `type[Any]`, which represents an unknown type (not an instance of an unknown type), and `type`, which we are choosing to interpret as `type[object]`. Closes #14546
Markdown files within the mdtest/ subdirectory are tests of type inference and type checking;
executed by the tests/mdtest.rs integration test.
