## Summary Add type narrowing for `while` loops and corresponding `else` branches. closes #14861 ## Test Plan New Markdown tests.
Markdown files within the mdtest/ subdirectory are tests of type inference and type checking;
executed by the tests/mdtest.rs integration test.
