i18n: Chinese translations in .desktop files (#2554)

* translation(v1.1.13): update solaar.pot; fix missing zh_CN translation; fix some mis-leading translation in zh_CN

* fix translation error

* i18n: zh_CN/zh_TW/zh_HK in .desktop files
